Email Gate
A safety switch to prevent test emails from reaching storage sites' real
addresses. When the gate is closed, outbound email is sent only to
the addresses on the allow list below — every other recipient is skipped.
Open the gate when you're ready for email to go out normally.

After a user submits a storage request, the notification emails send in the
background. If one fails to send, the user normally sees a brief pop-up (e.g.
"we couldn't notify the site"). Turn this Off to suppress those pop-ups.

CLM Auto-Arrival / Departure Rules
A ruleset is a named, ordered list of rules that decides whether an incoming CLM event
arrives or departs a car. Each site chooses one ruleset per direction on its own record;
a site that chooses none uses the default. Rules are evaluated top to bottom, first match wins.
Rulesets can't be deleted — a site pointing at a missing one would silently stop processing cars.
Editing one warns you first and lists every site it would affect.
